I think there is a pineapple on the mantle in the living room on top of a lazy susan. You can see it when they are bring Sheriff Hank into the living room after he is injured by horses. Time code could be 18:48. If this is the pineapple, the camera passes by it three times in this scene.

When Shawn says “Gus caught the consumption” and Gus coughs, a pineapple can be seen over his left shoulder, next to the door handle.

You can see this pineapple several times throughout the episode. Another time code of this pineapple would be around 23:57 where it is seen in the top right corner of the screen. The scene starts at 24:30 and ends at 20:40. This pineapple is seen clearly at least twice during the duration of this time. It looks to be a pineapple wood-carving, knick-knack, or maybe even a reed diffuser air-freshener (^___^)
I think the horse shoes on the wall of the sherif’s office looks like a pineapple also
