I think I found it! Minute 13.00 to 14.00, on the right site of the black shirt one of the models is wearing is a stylized pinapple made of rhinestones.

Doesn’t Henry have a plate of pineapple that he cubed himself, when Shawn and Gus go to his house and find him with the woman (played by Bernsen’s real life wife)?
I thought it might be Gregor’s earring. Other than that, I didn’t see anything else like a pineapple. Juliet’s earrings are just circles and the yellow cubes are cheese, which Shawn says as they are carrying the cubed food to the kitchen.
