The sixth season of Psych, consisting of 16 episodes, will premiere on the USA Network in the United States in the fall of 2011. James Roday, Dulé Hill, Timothy Omundson, Maggie Lawson, Corbin Bernsen and Kirsten Nelson are all expected to reprise their roles as the main characters. The season may contain a sequel episode to the Twin Peaks-inspired fifth season episode “Dual Spires” (5.12), along with a confirmed vampire-themed episode and possible musical and baseball-themed episodes. Production for the season began in late March, 2011.
