So who is behind the PsychPineapple Website?
We are a family of 5. Mom, dad and three kids who were adopted from foster care.We became a family in 2007 when we adopted the kids when they were 8, 10, and 11 years old. We enjoy watching Psych while looking for pineapples. When we aren’t pineapple hunting, we like to geocache, play board games, travel and camp. We have lived in Chicago, Indiana, Wisconsin and Florida, but we currently live in beautiful Washington State.
Dad, the CheifPineapple, created the sight. Mom fills in past seasons as time permits, and the kids are the pineapple sighters. Being the first person to spot a pineapple has become a sport in our family. One day in 2009 during a Psych Marathon I (CheifPineapple) decided to cheat and searched google for a list of locations. To my surprise there was not one. So we spent the day creating this site.
This sight has quickly become successful, at least in numbers of visitors. Since launching our little homegrown weekend project has generated about 3000 unique visitors every week, thanks in large part to the many contributors. We are always open to suggestions on how to make this sight even better.

Thanks for the site! Rarely do we spot the pineapple, but it’s great when we do. The bonus for us is that the show is filmed in our neighborhood, in North Vancouver, so we not only look for the pineapple, but places we know too. My wife has started to feel like a stalker as she keeps finding set locations and then hanging around to look for Gus (& Shawn). Attached is her latest ‘stalker’ photo.
