In the fruit bowl when they are interviewing Patrick’s wife towards the end.

3 possibilities that I saw:
1 – the glass pineapple in the window inside the psych office when Lassie comes to hire Shawn & Gus
2 – the wooden bookend in the Chief’s office when Lassie walks in on Trout with the blindfold on
&3 – definitely one in the fruit bowl in the suspects house when they’re talking to the wife
I’m certain about the fruit bowl one, but everyone else feel free to confirm or deny the other two.

Two for sure;
1- The bookend in the Chief’s office behind Trout when he’s got his blindfold on.
2- The pineapple in the bowl of fruit when they are talking to Marie, the killer’s wife.
I don’t see anything in the window, but that picture above is a little blurry.

I saw the bookend in the Chief’s office
The fruitbowl
And it almost looks like there is a teeny tiny pineapple in the sonogram!
