I am not positive but I think it might have been engraved on the necklace that Shawn wore throughout the episode.
Zach, I’ve watched it twice already and this time I looked closer at Shawns necklace but it appears to be some sort of dragon. No other pineapples spotted on my end.
I’m not sure, but at the beginning of the episode when Henry got home, Sean’s mom opened the refrigerator and above the cabinets next to it there was a pineapple hanging on the wall.
Well last week I spotted it on Shawn’s desk and this week I think it was at the very end when Gus’ girlfriend introduces her son. There is a quick shot of a bookshelf behind him and there is a small pineapple shape item on the shelf. I believe this is it since I’ve been through the whole episode pausing every few seconds and searching everything I could see.

In the beginning of the episode, Shawn’s mom carried in some tupperware containers that may have contained pineapple chunks.
I have to agree with Amanda. At the very end of the episode after Gus finds out his new girlfriend has a son, there appears to be a small decorative pineapple on the bookshelf.
I think Monica is right, at 0:32 i think that there is an upside-down pineapple on the wall above Henry’s cabinets.
I thought I saw one at the kitchen table with Shawn, Maddie, and Henry. In the middle of the table was a big white bowl, and painted on the sides were various fruits, including what I think was a pineapple.
