Outside the hospital Chelsea wore a medallion that might have had a picture of a pineapple embedded in it. Hard o say for sure. Later she appears in Henry’s room with a different outfit and this time the jewel featured on her necklace looked like a pineapple for sure. Later she wore a third outfit and here again her medallion might have included a small pineapple.

In the scene where Shawn and Gus are eating the nachos after the robot removes the bomb, a pineapple (either a paper-weight or a stress-ball) is on the desk with the nachos. (It appears only for a split-second on the top left side of the screen.)

I saw pineapple on a high piece of furniture in Vick’s office to the right of the window. It’s over a foot tall and appears to be made of wood. You get a glimpse of it when Vick tells Shawn not to leave her office.
