The pineapple in this episode is a japenese ornament. You see it right before the ninja guy comes on the screen.
the pineapple is right before the girl is abducted it is hanging dead center in the middle of the shot at 3:13 into the episode
The pine apple is hanging as an ornament right after the asians take the family photo and right before the ninja comes on the screen.

Yep, spotted it too as plain as day, but wasn’t completely sure until the end of the show. Hanging pineapple ornament right before the Ninja came out to get the girl.
Shawn and Gus are being chased latter, after a fight, and turn a conrer before hiding. Just before they turn the corner they pass two guys with a cart. It’s dark, but i think the cart has pinnapples on it, check it out and see what you think. Thats the only reason i can think of to have them in the shot. That ornament is pinnappleish, but not a pineapple.
The stuff in the cart is lettuce, not pineapple. You can see it better when one of the two guys picks some out of the cart. I think the pineapple in this episode is the ornament.
Yup, just lettuce. Good eye though.
In feet don’t kill me now, the pineapple is on the desk at the drug lab, just after Juliet leaves the scene to get tested. On the desk is a purple flower and the pineapple looks small surrounded by a wristwatch.
