The pineapple was on a bracelet located at the pharmaceutical company after Juliet went to the back.
It was on the desk in a bracelet when Shawn and Juliet went to the fertility office! I was so excited when I found it!
on the desk in the fertility trial treatment center. it’s gold and on the desk is also a blue ceramic bird, a red purse, a computer, a purple flower pen, and other items. this was about halfway through the episode.
The pineapple was on the lemonade stick when Juliet and Shaun went to the dead girl’s home.
It was on the desk at the fertility clinic where Shawn was searching on the computer. In or on the bracelet.

I vote pineapple. No doubt.
It’s not a true pineapple, but I just found it interesting that in the upper-right corner of the stage at the tap recital, a light shines at just the right angle where it looks like a pineapple where one of the stars act as the leaves.
