The first pineapple was in Donny’s first flashback after Ginger was found. When Shawn showed him the picture of her and told him to think really hard about remembering her.  They showed Ginger and Donny in the bar, the pineapple was on a bowl to the left of Ginger.  It was laying on its side.

The second one is a brown wooden statue that happens immediately after the flashback when the are walking to the bar in the hotel. It’s on the counter behind the guy sitting in the booth.

Here’s a screencap of the second pineapple. Seems to be a lot of compression artifact in that scene.

There is also a bunch on the shirt of the waitress at the bar  she is putting away glsses behind the bar while Shawn Gus and Donny are talking to the bartender

Yeah the shirt doesn’t have pineapples on it. At first glance you would think yes. But if you look closer you can see that the yellow doesn’t match up with the leaves.
