Summary: Shawn and Gus take the case of a man who is sure he’s a werewolf on a path to killing humans, but far from protecting mankind from a furry beast they find themselves protecting the man from a murder charge.
Pineapple Location: The official word from USA is that the pineapple is on water bottle. Thanks to Taylor who was the First to Find and to Cat for the picture!

Taylor is correct. It’s when Shawn and Gus are walking up with the cooler. You have about half a second to see it. Keep an eye on the small of Henry’s back.
It’s a Pineapple shaped drink cup. Around 37 minutes in (from my DVR).

This probably doesn’t matter now, since it’s a week later, but I just rewatched this episode, and you can see it for a lot longer during an earlier part–shortly after Henry hangs up the phone with Shawn, the man standing next to him is holding the pineapple water bottle.
Since I didn’t download the episode, and don’t have a way to hook my DVR up to my computer, I took a picture with my camera… and as you can see, it happens around 15 minutes in if you include the commercials.
I think that hag of a receptionist is wearing a pineapple pin, too. It’s tough to see with some resolutions, but you can barely make it out in motion. It’s a pineapple tilted to the side w/2 lines like chopsticks running behind it. Very strange and subtle. Someone tell me if i’m wrong.
