I think there are pineapples in the pattern of the fabric of Shawn’s swimming trunks
I’m not convinced that there are pineapples on the shorts, but in the DVD special features, you learn that Steve Franks planned a cameo with a pineapple in this episode, but they had to cut it for time reasons.
His swimming trunks are visible at 12:14, but I see no pineapples on them.

The pineapple is a carved pineapple. It’s in the kitchen when Shawn and his dad are talking about something, and between them is a carved wooden pineapple.

It looks like Jules is eating a Hawaiian flavored snack with the sea lion lady in the interrogation room.
At about 11 minutes behind Shawn there may be a pineapple that’s really out focus on the right side of the file cabinet. It’s hard to totally make out though since the channel logo is kind of in the way.
If that’s not it then there is not a pineapple in this episode.
