When Lassiter comes home to find his house being searched he is carrying two brown paper grocery bags. The bag in his right arm has the green leafy top of a fresh pineapple sticking up out of it.
When Police Chief Karen Vick asks Lassiter to hand over his badge Lassiter has his hands full with groceries and, I think, it was Gus who offered to hold a bag. During this interaction the pineapple is evident as large, leafy and very pineapple-y.
