I also thought they were pineapple wedges on the table. I did some research and found pineapple is often served with crab cakes, which is what Shawn made. However, in looking for endive photos, it’s clear that these, from photo evidence alone, could be endives. If Shawn mentioned making endives and the producers say there are no pineapples in this episode, then it seems we were pranked.

I think Mandy was right. When Shawn has has the romantic dinner set out it looks like there is sliced pineapple.

But I’ve seen pineapples… I don’t have a time code ’cause in my country season 3 isn’t available on DVD, but I’m sure there were some. There was this scene… Shawn called O’Hara, they were in his office and he had prepared a romantic dinner for her. On the table I’ve seen pineapple slices AND plastic pineapples… I’ll try to find a screenshot.

thers a pinapple in an episode in season 3 where its on lassie’s cup of smoothie i’m not sure if its this one though…

@johnny: Kept a watchful eye out. No pineapple spotted. I’m going to assume the people who made the episode know what they’re talking about when they say there’s no pineapple.

actually, there is a pineapple near the bottom of the screen when Jules is looking thought the lockers.
