its definately in the bathroom scene where shawn is being taken to the bathroom by Phil. Also when Juliet comes over to the Psych office and the zip line comes down there is a pineapple engraved on the machine

There is also a cutout of a pineapple on the zip line that brings Shawn his snacks from the kitchen. It’s in the last scene, after he’s snafu-ed Juliet’s date.
