I counted 9 pineapples in all (not counting the same pineapple making an appearance twice)
1. first scene on table in gym behind Gus
2. on Henry’s kitchen counter
3-4. two on one of the check in tables before entering the gym
5-6. Another table in the gym had a edible pineapple arrangement with toothpicks in it and a tree with a pineapple top
7. Lassie was eating a pineapple wedge
8. Another scene in the gym you can see the top of a pineapple on a drink table
and 9. The reunion king’s thrown has a pineapple emblem on the left side when you look at it.

Given the theme of the reunion, there were a lot of pineapples in this episode, including the piece of pineapple Lassiter is eating. While there may be some scenes that show the same pineapple, if you look at each individual table, its adornments, and its location surroundings, (coupled with overhead shots of the gym), there are several round tables used. I’m pretty sure that most, if not all, had their own pineapple for decoration. Here’s one photo of the entry table.

At (9:40) Lassie is eating a slice of pineapple.

Most of the ones mentioned above just reappear throughout the episode.

In the scene where Gus is talking about his psychic detective agency to a woman in red/white, there is a pineapple in front of the woman.

In the scene where Gus complains about the orange slices in the punch bowl. There is a pineapple on the red table in front of Shawn and next to the punch table in the gym.

There is a pineapple on the table behind Gus as he yells at Shawn for his lack of cooperation. The pineapple seems to be used a center piece with ham and black olives pinned to it.

There’s two pineapples on the check-in table around 00:40.
There might be more pineapples in the gym used as table center-pieces but not sure.
