    As Shawn and Gus exit the car on their way into Dr. Downs’ office, a pineapple can be seen on the table in the mural behind Shawn. @ 34:08

    At (28:38) there is a pineapple design on the fire grate at Holmstrum’s house.

    Hmm… I’m not sure about either of those sightings. The design on the fire grate at least looks sort of like a pineapple.

    There are definitely NO pineapples in this episode. Writer confirmed it
