Summary: After Lassiter’s car gets stolen from in front of the police station, Shawn solves the case in record time. But he soon realizes that, even with his considerable talents, nothing’s ever that easy, and must then drag Gus away from his vacation to further investigate a case he’s already solved.

I think that is some kind of pastry. Maybe bread? I don’t know. Don’t think it’s pineapple though…

Okay, I think Shawn’s date had some kind of pineappley desert with cream (13:38). It has the right color, but there isn’t a very clear shot of her plate.
4:36, the woman walking down the stairs of the precinct has a large pineapple pattern on her cream skirt.

The Picture is definitely NOT a pineapple when you pause it and take a close look. My best guess is the woman’s skirt in the beginning.
A couple seconds after 7:00 one of the people working in the kitchen walks from the left to the right side of the screen, there are pineapples on his hat thing. The picture’s a bit blurry, but it’s there.
I think it is on the bulletin board in the police station while Juliet is taking notes on the serial numbers. Right above the lady’s head in the background.
A horizontal and vertical closeup – from a couple seconds later when the lady leans forward. Still at 25 minutes into the Netflix episode. Fuzzy like most closeups of a television set, but I think it is clearly a pineapple in color and shape.

At 13:45 there is a chunk of pineapple in Shawn’s date’s glass of water. I have checked out all of the suggestions on this page, and none of them work. I could be wrong but would be surprised to find anybody in disagreement.
Shawn’s date has pineapple on her plate. It seems they both have fruit desserts as Shawn has the giant strawberry and his date has pineapple. I don’t think its a chunk of pineapple actually IN her drink as stated above but her drink is actually magnifying what is on her plate which is, I’m fairly certain, pineapple. So good catch Christian Wagner!
Shawn’s date has a big square chunk of pineapple in her water glass. This is around the 12-minute mark of the episode (on Netflix).
During Lassie’s 21-LES talk, Shawn has his psychic episode. Behind the young guy in a red/blue striped shirt, there’s a woman wearing a pineapple designed shirt. I think around minute 36.
