This is the same pineapple that Shawn was offering to Bianca a few moments earlier in the episode. He’s still hanging on to it as she exits the School of Engineering Building.

Why are obscure sightings of pineapples being listed here, when there is an actual full pineapple in the episode? Sorry, I don’t have the time stamp of when it occurs, but at one point, Shawn is talking to Doreen’s roommate and produces the pineapple, offering to split it with her. She basically ignored him, and I don’t know how they would cut it, since they were standing outside at the time, but he was holding one and really did offer to split it.
I also thought the drink Shawn got that Isaiah referenced might have been pineapple juice, but once I saw the full sized pineapple, I figured the drink was something else. I didn’t see pineapples on the drink labels. When I did see the labels, all I saw was writing, but I’m not sure I got a good look, because that was after the scene between Shawn and Doreen’s roommate, so I didn’t try especially hard to spot it there.

As much as I’d love three sightings in one episode (being the season finale, and all), the object in 19:49 is pretty clearly a plant in a pot if you pause it. Very close though!

I agree, Isaiah. There are pineapple’s on all of their beer bottles in that scene. Also, aside from the beer bottles & the college campus, in the Police Department ‘Interview Room’ when Shawn & the Cheif are talking to Undercover Jules & her sorority sister, it looks as if there’s a pineapple behind Juliet on one of the desks or shelfs in the background. You can see it over Juliet’s right shoulder (I believe) at about 19:49.
