Is there one at 10:01? In the chief’s office when Shawn is talking with the widow. It’s only about half on the screen (viewer’s left) but sure looks like it could be a pineapple.

just flowers on waitress’ dress. the yellow and green are sometimes beside each other and some times not. Close though

In the bar at the beginning one of the waitresses has a shirt with pineapples on it. Best seen at 7.10.

I think those lights might be palm trees. Possible at the end when Shawn meets Henry, I think the drink on the bar right behind Henry is a very pineapple-y drink. The pineapple often shows up in drinks (smoothies, etc.), so that could be it.

If you play around with it there is a pineapple on the left side of a guy’s green shirt at the dive bar. (41:27)

When Shawn is in the bar with the girl at the beginning there is a string of pineapple lights. Right after he goes around to sit across from her around 1:49 you can see them bordering a fish mounted on the wall. You can also see them briefly at the very end of the episode when Shawn meets Henry at the same bar.
